End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and BRP ("Licensor") for the use of the BluePad software application ("Software"). By installing or using BluePad, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BRP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BluePad on your personal devices.
2. Free Version
The free version of BluePad provides limited features and may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. The free version includes restrictions on the number of open tabs and available themes.
3. Pro Version
The Pro version of BluePad unlocks all features. One Pro license key may be activated on up to 3 (three) devices simultaneously. The license is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates included.
4. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software to develop a competing product
- Share your license key with unauthorized users
5. Intellectual Property
BluePad and all associated intellectual property are owned by BRP. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain full ownership of all content you create using BluePad.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BRP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BRP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Refund Policy
Pro license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After activation on a device, please contact support at [email protected] for refund consideration on a case-by-case basis.
9. Termination
BRP may terminate this license at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.
10. Open Source Components
BluePad incorporates open source software components licensed under the MIT License and Apache 2.0 License. A full list of open source libraries and their licenses is available at /bluepad/legal/opensource. These components are subject to their respective license terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
