Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all BluePad Pro license purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (acting as our Merchant of Record), and refunds are issued through Paddle.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of your BluePad Pro license within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason. This window applies even if you have downloaded or activated the software.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund (or partial refund) at our discretion in cases such as a serious bug that prevents the use of the software and cannot be resolved.

5. Korean Consumers (한국 사용자 안내)

BluePad Pro is a digital product (software license). Under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content once consumption has begun. Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily offer the 14-day refund described in Section 1 to all customers, including those in Korea.

한국 사용자께서도 구매일로부터 14일 이내에는 사유와 관계없이 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 환불 요청 시 라이선스는 자동으로 비활성화됩니다.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or payment provider, your license will be deactivated immediately upon notification of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue without a chargeback.
